Except where prohibited by law, Prompt Colleague and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount, if any, you paid to Prompt Colleague in the prior twelve months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or for other reasons. Termination does not affect rights and obligations accrued prior to termination.
Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Prompt Colleague. We may update these Terms occasionally; we will post changes on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
